Refunds can be made for online practice tests only. If the practice test purchased was discounted or part of a bundle or combination of products, the refund will be prorated to reflect the actual purchase price of the practice test. Any promotional offers or products received at the time of purchase are forfeited with the refund.
Requests for refund must be made within two business days of the original purchase. MeasureUp will remove the practice test from your Learning Locker. If we see in our system that the practice test has been printed, no refund will be made.
This policy only applies to single-user online licenses of MeasureUp Practice tests purchased directly from MeasureUp. It is not applicable to:
- Downloaded Practice Tests Purchased from MeasureUp.
- MeasureUp Practice Tests received through an Authorized Channel Partner.
- Other MeasureUp products – exam vouchers, online courses, eBooks, Cert Kits or assessments.

MeasureUp has the right to refute any requests for refund on charges that you dispute with your credit card company.
Full refunds are available for the price you paid for Online Courses that have not been registered. Online Courses that have been registered are non-refundable.
Video Training Refund and Return Policy
Video DVD purchase
Please note: To qualify for a Video DVD refund, DVDs must be returned, unopened in their original packaging as a full course, within 30 days of original purchase date as noted on your MeasureUp online purchase receipt. If DVD packaging is opened or not in original packaging, or refund request is made after 30 days of original purchase, no refund is available. We reserve the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns.
To request a refund, contact firstname.lastname@example.org stating your MeasureUp Order number, the name of your product and a brief explanation why you want a refund. We will reply with an RMA#. Then, download this RMA form, write your RMA# on the form, and place it clearly on the outside of your return package to ensure prompt processing. Once your shipment has been returned and inspected to be in its original packaging and not damaged within 30 days of original purchase, we will credit the full amount you paid back to your credit card.
Video On Demand purchase
If you request a refund, we will login to your video training account and apply the 33% rule: if you have accessed less than 33% of the online training, you qualify for a full refund; if you have accessed 33% or more of the online training, no refund will be made. Refund requests for Video online / On Demand products must be made within 30 days of original purchase date as noted on your MeasureUp online purchase receipt; requests made after 30 days of purchase are non-refundable.
To request a Video Online / On Demand refund, contact email@example.com stating your MeasureUp Order number, the name of your product and a brief explanation why you want a refund. If you qualify for a refund, we will disable your online product and credit the full amount you paid back to your credit card.
Full refunds are available for the price you paid for eBooks that have not been registered. eBooks that have been registered are non-refundable.
All purchases of Cert Kits made at measureup.com are final and non-refundable.
